University Guided Tours

Our Admissions Director Toby led all of our grade 11 and 12 students on a campus walking tour at University of Toronto, St. George Campus. The purpose of the tour was for students to become familiar with the University environment, culture and values, explore students’ own academic interest in University programs and learn about the University admission process. During the tour, the students visited Roberts library, University College building, gymnasiums and classrooms.

In addition, students had an informative conversation with a University of Toronto Admission Officer about the requirements and expectations for prospective students. During the discussion, the Admission Officer highlighted the qualities that a University student should have, such as initiative, persistence, positive attitudes and critical thinking. By talking with the Officer, students understood the direction they need to work towards. One of our students said “I found this tour experience valuable and helpful. Now I understand what University life looks like and types of students the University is looking for. My goal has become much clearer now: I will further develop my abilities through my academics and taking part in more activities so that I can get into my dream school. “
