Student Union Election

From Celia

My name is Celia Wang, and I’m a Grade 12 student, as well as being one of the leaders of Queen’s Elite Academy’s Student Union. Within school, I am of course a student; however, outside of school, I have a wide variety of personal interests, including playing badminton and participating in debates. The debates we held focus on a variety of topics and themes. Since the establishment of the Student Union, we have collectively planned, arranged and executed two after-school activities. Although these were challenging at times, they were very rewarding and I’m looking forward to helping to arrange future events. I’m really appreciative of having the chance to participate in QSU. Our long-term goal is to help others, and our aim is to organise at least one future activity a month.

From Grace

I am a co-leader of Queen’s Student Union. I am honored to be elected leader of the students and I also have the confidence to take the responsibility. The student union is like a board of directors in an enterprise. Leadership really changes something. It is practiced in daily communication with our members as well as conducting activity plans. Undoubtedly, as a student leader, the basic organizational ability is indispensable, but being enthusiastic is even more valuable.
